The objective of C6 is to provide working capital to companies fast and efficiently so they can focus on growing their company while maintaining owners' equity. Our model relies heavily on a company's trailing twelve- month revenues, (as well as forward twelve-month) while not on their assets, or positive free cash flow. We do not ask for equity, warrants, shares, convertibility in any of our transactions. We cover all out of pocket expenses and typically close transactions within 5-7 business days.
