By accessing or using FindLPs (findlps.com), a product of CarbonApps LLC, a California limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
FindLPs provides a database of limited partner (LP) information for fund managers and fundraising professionals. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying levels of access to LP profiles, contact information, and data export features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or automate access to our database; redistribute, resell, or sublicense our data to third parties; use our data for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes; attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures; create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date LP data but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information. Our data is provided "as is" and should be verified independently before making business decisions.
All content, data, and materials on FindLPs are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the data for your internal business purposes only.
FindLPs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
