Naydenov Family Office AG was created in 2021 in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with the purpose of managing the assets of the third generation members of the Naydenov family, stemming from the inheritance of the family patriarch, Georgi Naydenov. Georgi Naydenov (1927-1998) was a diplomat and entrepreneur. He was the founder of the Economic Experiment Texim in the 1960s, which encompassed the creation of the first conglomerate in Bulgaria, as well as the founder of the oldest operating private bank in the country, Texim Bank AD, which exists to this day. The family office was created and is owned by the grandchildren of Georgi Naydenov Ionko, Georgi and Slava. Our mission is to ensure the continuation of the legacy of our family patriarch, Georgi Naydenov, for future generations, by consolidating key business interests in accordance with his credo; We were, we are, we will be.
